Anchor provides ongoing reactive breakdown and planned maintenance support to St John’s Winchester.

Anchor has provided planned maintenance and reactive services to the St John’s property portfolio since 2013.  This includes Almshouses, Dementia Care Homes and Day Centres, retail outlets and residences.

As well as the regular maintenance services to all commercial heating and hot water systems Anchor also provide 24/7 emergency cover to the portfolio  which houses a large number of vulnerable residents.

All Anchor engineers have enhanced DBS clearance and Security ID to facilitate this service.
